SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway (the “Promotion”) is All About Apparel Inc. DBA, Shirtspace, located at 12303 NE 56th St, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, WA 98682 (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is NOT sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, or TikTok.

TIMING:

• Entry Period. The Promotion entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 15, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
• Drawing. Three (3) potential winners will be randomly selected on December 18, 2026, drawn from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least nineteen (19) years of age, and residents of Mississippi must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Entrants must be able to provide proof of legal residency in an eligible state or the District of Columbia upon request.

The Promotion is not open to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, or any other U.S. territory or possession. U.S. military installations located outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses outside the eligible geographic area, are also excluded. No entries will be accepted from residents of foreign countries or other ineligible jurisdictions.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouses), regardless of where they reside, and individuals residing in the same household as any such persons, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including age and residency, and to disqualify any entrant determined to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are two different ways to enter:

A. Means of ENTRY: To participate, you must have a ShirtSpace.com account. Creating an account is free. Existing account holders and individuals who create a new account may enter by completing the sweepstakes entry form on the Website and opting in. Upon submitting the completed entry form with all required information during the Entry Period, each eligible participant will receive one (1) free sweepstakes entry.

B. Alternate Means of Entering by Purchasing Product: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter without purchasing a product, see Means of Entry above. To enter by purchasing a product, visit https://shirtspace.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period. You MUST have a Shirtspace.com account to enter. Setting up an account is free. Enter by purchasing a product via your account on the Website and selecting the button to indicate you wish to enter the Promotion. Each dollar spent on shirtspace.com will equal one (1) entry. If the entrant spends over fifty (50) cents ($0.51 or more), that amount will count for one (1) entry. If the entrant spends under fifty (50) cents ($0.49 or less), that will not count as an entry. When you enter, you must provide your first name, last name, birth date, full mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Returned, Cancelled, or Refunded Orders: Any sweepstakes entries earned through qualifying purchases that are subsequently returned, cancelled, or refunded, whether in full or in part, will be adjusted accordingly. Entries will be deducted based on the dollar amount returned or refunded, and any entries associated with cancelled orders will be void. All such adjustments will be reflected in the participant’s total eligible entries for the final prize drawing.

All winners are subject to verification before the prizes will be awarded.

In the event of a dispute as to the person associated with an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner might be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Only entries received by the end of the Entry Period will be eligible. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries, and proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries are null and void if (a) not obtained through the authorized channels; (b) if any part is late, lost, forged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, deleted, or contains typographical or other errors; (c) submitted by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device); or (d) in excess of the stated limit. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or erroneous entries; (b) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt, or transmission of any part of an entry; (c) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, network, computer, or data transmission errors, malfunctions, or difficulties of any kind; (d) interruption or inability to access the Promotion, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet for any reason; (e) any damage to your (or any third party’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion; or (g) any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond Sponsor’s control. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries made by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor has no obligation to notify an entrant of the entrant’s disqualified entry. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

WINNER SELECTION: Three (3) potential winners will be selected via random drawing on December 18, 2026. Sponsor will keep track of the order in which each potential winner is selected.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone on December 18, 2026. Once a potential winner is contacted by Sponsor, he or she will have two (2) business days from the time Sponsor sends the message, to respond and claim the prize. If that potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited without notice to the potential winner, and the prize might be given to an alternate winner, selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, at Sponsor’s discretion. All winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, containing a release of any and all liability from any claims for damages, losses, death, or injury against Sponsor arising from participation in this Promotion and use of the prize, and such other forms as Sponsor may require. These documents must be signed, returned to and received by Sponsor within two (2) business days of when the prize notification email is sent to the winner. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Requiring winners to sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and/or other documents, however, in no way limits the releases of liability or any other provision of these Official Rules.

PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes are:

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: The three (3) winners selected in the random drawing on December 18, 2026, will each be designated a Grand Prize Winner and will receive weekly shipping credits for one (1) year, beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2027.

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) shipping credit valued at up to $12.95 per week, for a total of fifty-two (52) weekly credits. Each credit will be automatically applied to the winner's ShirtSpace.com account and may be redeemed during checkout toward eligible shipping charges on purchases made at www.shirtspace.com.

Each weekly shipping credit may be used only during the designated week in which it is issued and is limited to a maximum value of $12.95. Unused credits will expire at the end of the applicable week and will not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to subsequent weeks. Shipping charges exceeding $12.95 are the responsibility of the winner.

The shipping credits have no cash value, may not be redeemed for merchandise, and are nontransferable.

Total ARV for all weekly free shipping credits for one calendar year: $673.40. For clarity, the total ARV of each grand prize is $673.40. If a grand prize winner does not use the free shipping for any given week, the applicable winner will not be awarded cash or other consideration in exchange for the free shipping that the winner did not use; and the fifty-two weeks of free shipping will not be extended. If a grand prize winner’s order otherwise qualifies for free shipping as a result of other deals on the Shirtspace.com website or as a result of the amount of the applicable winner’s purchase (such as if the order is over X amount and then qualifies for free shipping), the applicable winner will not be awarded cash or other equivalent in exchange for the free shipping that the winner did not use; and the fifty-two weeks of free shipping will not be extended. If a grand prize winner’s shipping costs for a given week exceed $12.95, then the applicable winner will have to pay the excess shipping costs.

The total value of all three prizes combined is ARV $2,020.20, though each prize winner will only receive one prize, as detailed above. The value of each prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the value thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. The actual value may vary based on retail value or expected retail value at the start of the Promotion. In the event the approximate retail value of a prize is more than the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

PRIZE DELIVERY: For each prize listed above, Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery with the applicable winner directly. The prizes might be emailed to each winner or applied to the applicable winner’s account on Shirtspace.com. Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for a lost, stolen, or damaged prize once delivered, or for any loss or damages relating to delivery, use, or misuse of the prize or products purchased with the prize.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Limit of one (1) prize per person and per household. If an entrant wins a prize, he or she will be ineligible to win another prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, exchanges, equivalents, or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a winner with the applicable prize, the Sponsor may elect to provide that winner with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

No transfer, substitution, or assignment of any prize is permitted, even if the applicable prize winner becomes incapacitated or deceased and is unable to use the prize.

In the event Sponsor goes out of business or otherwise no longer operates Shirtspace.com prior to when the applicable prize winner uses his or her prize in full, the applicable winner will not be awarded cash or other consideration in exchange for the portion of the prize the applicable winner did not use.

All expenses and items not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility.

PURCHASE ORDER EXCLUSION: This Sweepstakes and its associated free shipping prize are not valid for orders placed using a purchase order (PO). Free shipping credits may only be redeemed on eligible orders placed directly through ShirtSpace.com using an accepted online payment method. Purchase orders are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for free shipping credits.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and without guarantee, warranty, or representation of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

EACH WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, city and state of residence, biographical data, voice, statements, photograph/images, and likeness (collectively, “Name and Likeness”) for publicity, commercial, and promotional purposes, in any media, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, including on the Internet, without providing additional notice, review opportunity, or compensation to the winner (except where prohibited by law). Each winner agrees that Sponsor (and third parties on Sponsor’s behalf) have the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to reproduce, copy, exhibit, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, distribute, modify, create derivatives of, and otherwise use such winner’s Name and Likeness. Each winner agrees that Sponsor may alter the winner’s Name and Likeness and may combine the winner’s Name and Likeness with other materials and information (including without limitation, text, data, images, photographs, illustration, animation, graphics, and/or video or audio segments of any nature, in any media or embodiment, now known or hereafter developed). Each winner accepts and acknowledges that Sponsor shall not be obligated to use the winner’s Name and Likeness, and Sponsor shall not incur any liability whatsoever to the extent Sponsor chooses to refrain from any exploitation of its rights under this paragraph.

PRIVACY: By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your personal information to send you email updates about upcoming events, products, or services that might interest you. You can unsubscribe from receiving our email updates at any time by following the instructions provided with Sponsor’s email communications. Unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, personal information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.shirtspace.com/privacy-policy. IMPORTANT: Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee in whole or in part, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the prize and/or the use of the prize and/or products and/or services purchased with the prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all representations, warranties, and guarantees regarding the prize and products and/or services purchased with the prize, including without limitation, those regarding the safety, quality, performance, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or suitability for use of the prize and products and/or services purchased with the prize, and/or non-infringement of third party rights and/or title. Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for injury, death, and/or loss to any person and/or property relating to the delivery, possession, use, and/or misuse of the prize and products and/or services purchased with the prize. Additional restrictions, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations regarding the prize might apply and will accompany the prize and products and/or services purchased with the prize.

RELEASE: By entering, you (i) agree to release (a) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok; and (b) the Promotion Parties and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and advertising and promotional agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”)—from any and all liability for any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, death, damage to or loss of any person or property, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and/or products or services purchased with a prize, participation in this Promotion, and/or Releasees use of your Name and Likeness as permitted above (including without limitation liability from and claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or violation of any other right); and (ii) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, death, damage to or loss of any person or property, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and/or products or services purchased with a prize, participation in this Promotion, and/or Releasees use of your Name and Likeness as permitted above (including without limitation liability from and claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or violation of any other right); and (iii) acknowledge and agree that the Releasees have not made and are not responsible or liable for any guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, regarding the prize and/or products or services purchased with the prize. DISPUTES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to the greater of (a) the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the applicable entrant relating to the Promotion; or (b) USD $25 (twenty-five U.S. dollars); but in no event will any entrant be awarded attorney's fees; (iv) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for (and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim) indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred; (v) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for (and entrants hereby waive) all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (vi) the entrants waive all rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONS FOR DISPUTES; Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant agrees that (i) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or the prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (in the event of a court action) exclusively by courts located in Clark County, Washington; and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Clark County, Washington for any and all causes of action.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PERSON FROM THE PROMOTION, WITHOUT NOTICE TO SUCH PERSON; AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH CONDUCT.

GENERAL: If one or more provisions of these Official Rules is/are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, such provision(s) will be excluded from these Official Rules, the remainder of these Official Rules will be interpreted as if such provision(s) were so excluded, and the remainder of these Official Rules will be enforceable in accordance with its terms. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term on another occasion or any other term. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion. If the Promotion is cancelled before the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, randomly select winners from all eligible entries received as of the cancellation date. Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of the Promotion or in a disruptive manner.
